- 30 Gram White sticky rice
- 60ml Coconut Milk
- 5 gram sugar
- 1 gram salt
- 2 gram Sesame seeds, roasted
- 1 Ripe mango
Onde-onde ( ondeh-ondeh)
- 250 g (8 oz.) glutinous rice flour
- 200 ml Pandan juice
- 100 g (3.5 oz.) grated coconut
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 150 g (5 oz.) Gula Melaka or palm sugar, finely chopped


Coconut Milkshake
- 2 cup Coconut Water
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup tender Coconut
- 1/2 cup milk
- ice cubes as required
Malaysian Chicken Curry
- 1 ⅓ tablespoons Malaysian curry powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 1 pound chicken (cut, uncut, bone-on, boneless)
- ⅔ cup coconut milk
- 2 ⅔ tablespoons whole milk


Coconut-corn Ice Cream
- 6 ears of husked corn
- 2 13.5-14-ounce cans unsweetened coconut milk
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
